... trained as a photographer and typographer at Leicester College of Art and Ealing School of Photography. After time spent in London working for various advertising agencies and magazine clients he worked for EMAP National Publications, leaving to join Unitam Creative Marketing. He set up his design practise in 1978.
"Working on Dock Street has been great fun. We have explored all sorts of creative approaches to make the finished record. We have travelled around the North East, (incidentally home to both Mike and Henry) to make images of the Tyne and Cullercoats in particular and along with Sam (English) we have shot hours of film as well."
